Yes, from all I hear they are that bad, and some are much worse, actively trying to defraud and steal money from the people renting.

I completely agree about the house thing, with nails and all. I’m sure we will argue about colours but then it will be our own place and we could paint it as many times as we like until we get the right one (or we run out of money-which I’m pretty sure would come first!)
I have the idea that said letting agents just wanted our dosh. They didn’t/don’t seem to care about the ‘after sales’ bit.
Meh. 3 Months til we’re gone! Portsmouth here we come!
