It’s fair to say today, the planned start date of me getting my nose back in the Bible has been somewhat a non-starter. The alarm was all set 30mins earlier than normal and when I went to bed about 11pm last night all was seemingly right.
Alas no, woke up about 3am this morning, tossing, turning and shivering. Eventually set up and felt rather sick which inevitably involved a trip to the bathroom. Thankfully all my moving had woken Kita enough to notice something wasn’t quite right and in the proceeding 2 hours or so she somehow nursed me back to health.
Come to think about it she did an incredibly good job. I really had to be in work today for interviews (that’s another blog post but simply we’re having to recruit an intern again) and the way I was feeling in the small hours that didn’t seem possible. Somehow though, entirely down to Kita I was up by 7:30 and set for work.
I was feeling rather odd this morning though, like I had a bad hangover. I’m guessing it was the dehydration but still a very odd feeling.
Right, hopefully, tomorrow will prove better.
