So I’m posting this whilst on our weekly team meeting call, yeah it requires my attention…
Got a call from a lady (names popped out of my head already!) at Reading Vineyard Church about 30 minutes ago or so, a call I’ve been quite looking forward to in the sense that I’m looking forward to being back to that Church on Sunday and any contact or mention stirs something in me. So yes, I’m excited by this Church, the same excitement I felt at the King's when I was first there and still do now.
Sadly/annoyingly my head was stuck in a rather loud rack at the time and I had to shout down the phone a little to hear even myself. Hopefully I didn’t come across rude. I can almost always use my personal phone at work, any time and so on the ‘Contact Card’ I filled out last Sunday at Reading Vineyard that I could answer a call anytime. Now I feel a little bit guilty that I couldn’t but its been rearranged for this evening at 6 so all being well there’s a probable post there.
I’m looking forward to that call this evening, perhaps guilt is a bit too strong a word, just frustrated with myself.
On another note this work call, my word I’m bored!
