Had to have the day off work today due to the above.
It started yesterday, I was all aches and pains, headachy and that weird drunken feel where you’re bottom half doesn’t quite feel connected to the top half so as soon as I got home from work yesterday I went straight to bed. My hope was to sleep it off but I barely slept and this morning had a temperature and brought up some phlegm with some blood in 
On the plus side as I type this now I’m feeling a lot better and it’s really only my head thats not feeling quite right. So I should be back in tomorrow and I’ve actually been able to do some work that I would have been doing at the office anyway. So the day hasn’t entirely been lost.
On the down side I was hoping to post lots of thoughts and feelings about the worship conference I was at on Saturday last night but that blog post will probably have to wait now. I could have done it today but i suspect it wouldn’t have had the thought and consideration it deserved.

P.S. Mum’s just about to give me some more liquid paracetamol for the over 6’s! I still can’t swallow tablets, never been able to, they just make me gag, so it’s a choice between some sweet syrup or chewing tablets. Guess which wins!
