The assessment day is really an opportunity for HP and specifically the department to see if you'll fit in etc, so be yourself. Also, dress smart as it is fairly formal, so suit ideally. As you've already got through the telephone interviews I shouldn't worry too much about qualifications etc as that will have already been evaluated so it really is seeing if you would fit in really.
