First off, sorry it’s taken so long to get this up. I’ve been meaning to write about it since about 11am on Friday but alas one thing or another has got in the way and I never quite got around to it.

Anyway, to the interview. It was scheduled for 10am which was actually quite a good time. It tends to be that I am awake (mentally) by this time (assuming I got up around eight) and I felt fairly sharp for it, possibly even ready! The interviewers (that could be a bit too strong a word) admitted they had only had a few moments to look over my CV and first interview notes, which, in a way was quite good. It gave me the opportunity to talk and them as well. It felt more like a chat and mainly revolved around my experience, their experience and my aspirations. Plus it lasted near enough an hour, so hopefully they were genuinely interested and not just being courteous!

The job sounded fairly similar to stuff that I did at CLSS over the summer, which was good as they sounded quite interested and questioned my roles there. They seemed fairly impressed with my results so far and the few I had had through at that point, keep tuned for a further post! Things felt good during the conversation, if that makes sense? I didn’t feel particularly nervous and when Kita came in half way through, afterwards she said how calm I had sounded!

I don’t know, I really don’t. I’d love to make it through to the next stage. I think it would do my confidence the world of good. Things are starting to weigh down on me with regards next year. I just want to be settled, to know where/what I’ll be doing, prayer would be good for that.

So far at the moment I don’t really feel like I’ve been told what to be doing next year or where to be. In fact it feels like a couple of years ago, should I take my A-levels or wait. Well that turned out well, so perhaps I should just exercise patience, prayer for that would be good too.
