Woke up with bright red eyes

Seems I’m likely to get hay fever bad this year (again). I got it whilst I was gardening last week but that was no surprise really.

What was a surprise and somewhat an annoyance was that I kept waking up last night with what felt like a pulsing behind my eyes :( Then this morning woke up with itchy eyes and scared myself in the mirror with some bright red eyes looking back at me.

Thankfully a Zirtek with breakfast cleared it up but it seems I’m going to need medication for a few weeks. There was me hoping that being by the sea and away from the fields of rapeseed in Oxford would help :(

awww, on my bad days i take the boots hayfever tablets in the mornin, luckily im not a bad sufferer, hope its not 2 bad

I tend to suffer for about 4-6 weeks normally although it’s quite unusual for it to affect my sleeping *I think*, I don’t remember it happening before but it has only started to get me (hayfever) in the last few years, so perhaps it is developing, hope not!
